Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email info@parisofappalachia.com with your order number to start a return. We respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us before sending anything back. We'll confirm availability and get your replacement moving. If your size isn't available, we'll issue a full refund — no store credit runaround.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Issued to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If it arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it immediately. Return shipping is on us.

Final Sale

Some items may be marked Final Sale at purchase. These cannot be returned or exchanged. We'll always make it clear before checkout.
